If you have placed an order on the Alison B website and you want to return one or more purchased items, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order.

The products must be sealed, unused and returned in the same condition as they were received, always in the original packaging. We cannot accept products whose seal has been broken. The products must be sent to the following address.

We recommend using a courier with tracking service, as the products remain the responsibility of the customer until we have received them at our warehouse. The costs for returning the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Make sure that the package contains all original documents, so that we can link them to your order and process the return request. If the reference number or necessary information is missing, we may not be able to locate your return request and process the refund.

Alison B offers the following payment options:

PAYMENT SECURITY INFORMATION

Credit card details such as your credit card number or expiration date are automatically transferred to the paymaster (Mollie) via an encrypted and secure system. This happens without Alison B or others having access to this data.

Even in the event of a refund, the credit card details are not fully visible. When paying with Visa or Mastercard, there is even extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

DELIVERY

If you order before 12:00 on working days, your order will be shipped the same day.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to you the next day, we are dependent on the shipping companies. Usually the transport of an order takes 1 to 2 working days.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

BENELUX

Within the Benelux Alison B uses standard shipping (1-2 working days). The order will be handled by DHL.

Countries within the EU

We always use DHL International or DPD to ship orders to other countries within the EU. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

International

We always use DHL International to ship orders worldwide. The delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 working days. Possible additional customs costs will not be reimbursed by Alison B. If you have any questions, please contact us regarding international deliveries, care@alisonb.nl

Track & Trace

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will be informed of the delivery of your package. At that time you will receive an e-mail from us with Track & Trace of your order.
